Acquisition support using DoD 5000 and BCL frameworks
Independent verification and validation using ERAM framework for Program health check
Deployment readiness checklist preparation and review
Defined Life Cycle Management Office for post deployment support
Defined and implemented program and transactional metrics required for the Program life cycle
Conducted Portfolio Analysis and defined systems roadmap for consolidation/migration to the new ERP

Results: Program alignment with the mission and goals. Created proven frameworks in Portfolio Analysis and Performance Management areas that can be used in all major programs across the government.
