Mr. Arnett has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry with a focus on IT Strategy, IT Management, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture and project management. Leading teams through full lifecycle technology rollouts including vision, goals, strategy, business case development, technology roadmaps, cost /benefit analysis, tactical planning, vendor selection, acquisition and implementation. Diverse consulting background includes extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of advanced technologies and performance improvements to meet business, financial, competitive and customer demands at large Federal clients such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), SSA, HHS, CMS, Dept. of Ed, and the DOD. Currently, Mr. Arnett provides the technical consulting leadership, including strategy, best practices, research, analysis, assessments, cost-benefit analysis, requirements analysis and supporting the development of acquisition packages in the CIO’s office at HHS.
